Lionheart Farms Philippines Corporation joins 2021 Fire Prevention Campaign at Rizal, Palawan

1 March 2021

As part of the upcoming 2021 Fire Prevention Campaign, the Rizal Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) on Monday held its Oplan Ligtas Pamayanan (OLP) motorcade at Barangay Punta Baja, Rizal to participate in a nationwide simultaneous fire safety awareness-raising event.
Rizal Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) officer-in-charge municipal fire marshal SFO3 Alex R. Calangi reminded the participants about the reason of the fire month's celebration in his closing remarks. "As we celebrate the Fire Prevention Month 2021 with the theme 'Sa Pag-iwas sa Sunog, Hindi ka Nag-iisa!' we are more than grateful for the assistance and support BFP-Rizal is receiving from our community, particularly from Lionheart Farms. As we all know, March is Fire Prevention Month here in the Philippines because of the alarming increase of fire incidents happening across the country during this particular period -- this is a perfect time to discuss and raise awareness about the causes, hazards, and dangers of fire," he said.
The motorcade was facilitated by the BFP and participated by the personnel and officials of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO), Rizal LGU, Punta Baja barangay officials and private sector, and Lionheart Farms Philippines Corporation.
