Without people we can do nothing. Training is important to give people necessary skills. We conduct numerous different training programs to make sure our people are equipped and qualified for the task they will be solving. These training programs include the different natural faming techniques, tapping methods, first aid, admin work, workplace safety and many more skills.
Innovating the way we do things and evaluating if things could be done differently is constantly a process. This regards all aspects of the business, no detail is too small. Examples could be, how many millimeters to slice the flower when tapping, should carabaos haul fertiliser and plant material to areas tractors cant reach, continuous testing of different applying methods and recipes to ensure our fertilisers are as efficient as possible. Or integration of modern technology such as software, drones and automated drip irrigation to streamline processes and give our people time to focus on the next task at hand.
