Lionheart Farms came together for an epic day of bonding and fun on March 22 at The Villa in Punta Baja, Rizal, Palawan. With over 200 team members joining the Team Building and Sportsfest, the event became a celebration of unity, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Carrying the theme “Stronger Together, One Team, One Goal”, this gathering brought people together– not just through games, but through moments of laughter, encouragement, and determination. It felt less like a company event and more like a genuine celebration of the people who make Lionheart what it is.

Excitement in Every Corner

The day kicked off with cheers, laughter and friendly competition filling the air. Team members arrived wearing bright ribbons and scarves in their team colors, ready to give it their all. The games sparked movement, teamwork and plenty of fun. Each challenge tested not only strength but also trust, focus and communication.

Every team pushed through with full effort. People jumped, ran, solved problems and cheered each other on. Smiles were everywhere. Some dripped with sweat from the heat, others from pure excitement. No one held back. Everyone showed up and gave their best.

Recognizing Team Excellence and Spirit

The teams showed up with full effort and genuine spirit all throughout the day. The energy stayed high through every activity, and the momentum never dipped, not even once. Each move showed real determination, every corner was filled with laughter, and the values that define Lionheart Farms—teamwork, integrity, and heart—shone through in everything they did.

In the end, three teams stood out for their outstanding performance:

• First Place: Pink Team
  

• Second Place: Gray Team
  

• Third Place: White Team
  

These groups didn’t just aim to win—they showed what’s possible when people communicate well, trust each other, and stay committed to a shared goal. Their efforts reflected the kind of unity that brings out the best in everyone.

Several special awards were also handed out to recognize the moments and personalities that added even more meaning to the day:

• Fan Favorite Award: Erick Gabriel of the Green Team, recognized for his contagious energy, spirit, and unwavering team presence.

• Most Energetic Team: The Yellow Team, who kept the momentum alive and brought excitement to every challenge.

• Best Sportsmanship Award: The Orange Team, celebrated for their kindness, fairness, and respect throughout the day.

• Stronger Together Award: The Pink Team, not only for their victory but also for setting an inspiring example of unity and collaboration.

One of the standout moments came when Lionheart’s leaders took the stage. Their words weren’t just speeches—they were real, heartfelt reminders of what this team is all about.

CEO Christian Eyde Moeller shared a simple yet powerful message:

During the awarding ceremony,  also gave the Presidential Recognition of Outstanding Women Employees.
