Job Description
- Registered Nurse with an active PRC License
- 3-5 years of related experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have an OHNAP Certificate.
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Comprehensive clinical training in occupational health and nursing.
- Capability to handle information with confidentiality and organization

Qualifications
- Provides Standard medical treatment and nursing care to all patients who visit the clinic.
- Participate in corporate wellness as well as occupational health and safety programs by assisting in the administration of vaccines, antigen tests, and HIV screening via Rapid Test Kits in the clinic
- Ensures proper care and maintenance of all clinic equipment
- Handles inventory of prescription, over-the-counter medicines, and supplies
- Coordinate employee treatment, referrals, recommendations, clearances, and medical leaves
- Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
- Maintain all employees’ medical and other similar records
- Secure and ensure that the sick employee submits “fit to work” certificate
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates
- Schedule and assist with annual medical examination of all employee
- Generate medical reimbursement report every month
- Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
- Research activities pertaining to or related to health and wellness development
- Creates training modules and conducts training/seminars for health and wellness programs.
- Responsible for engaging employees to attend and health and wellness programs
- Participate in the activities of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions for the improvement of the working environment
- affecting the health and well-being of the workers.
- Other duties that may arise in the course of employment as designated by the HR Manager
