Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
- Champions SLOW and COCOES' Online Channels through Brand Marketing strategies and Online Sales Channel Development
- Plan, Execute and Manage Digital Marketing across all SEO, Social Media, Website and Email Channels of SLOW and its affiliates
- Work with all stakeholders and third-party agencies to maintain SLOW and COCOES' digital presence and consistent brand messaging
- Create and Maintain a regular Digital Marketing Calendar
- Track Digital Campaign performance and Analyze trends and insights to optimize User Experience and Campaign Effectiveness
- Create & Lead Digital Marketing Strategies
- Lead Content Marketing Efforts, Oversee Influencers’ Performance
- Copy Writing and Editing
- Ensure Campaign Timelines are met, and the Marketing team is prepared with contingency plans.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of all Digital Marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- Lead Market research efforts to identify trends and enhance Marketing Campaigns and SLOW and COCOES’ Brand Online
- Able to create Reports and work closely with the Marketing Manager & Stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
- Experience: Proven working experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Creativity: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and motivate.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Technical Prociency: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
