Fulfillment Center Coordinator / E-commerce Admin Support

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations within the fulfillment center, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping logistics.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment centers to ensure accurate timely shipment of orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the operations team to prevent inventory shortages or overages.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist with the management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings and prices are accurate for multiple markets.
  • Address customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and flash sales.
  • Track key performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and report insights to management.
  • Troubleshoot logistical issues impacting the fulfillment of online orders.
  • Act as a liaison between the fulfillment center, customer service team, and e-commerce team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Communicate with shipping carriers to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely delivery of packages.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fulfillment operations, e-commerce support, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems, order processing workflows, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in using tools like Excel, and shipping software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or fulfillment automation tools.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and performance tracking tools to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
