Gabay Kalinga Foundation Manager
Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the foundation, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Design, plan, and execute community-based programs that address the needs of the local population.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with local communities to ensure initiatives are culturally relevant and sustainable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, approach, and engage potential investors to secure funding for the foundation's programs and initiatives.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to attract financial support from businesses, philanthropists, and grant-making organizations.
- Manage relationships with current and prospective investors, providing updates on program progress and impact.
- Lead the development of long-term strategies for the foundation, including setting goals, establishing priorities, and assessing resources.
- Monitor local and regional trends to identify new opportunities for program development and expansion.
- Develop budgets and manage resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, team leadership, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in a non-profit or community-based setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for community development.
- Willingness to relocate to Rizal, Palawan.
