Marketing Head
Job Description
- Primary role includes developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels.
- Manages Budgets for marketing campaigns (Leads decisions to cut or bump up marketing spends)
- Manages Marketing Department and Third-Party Marketing Agencies and suppliers (responsible for KPIs of all Marketing Campaigns and Third Party Agencies and Suppliers)
- Safeguards Marketing interests and KPI’s with cross-functional groups within Lionheart Farms and its affiliates
- Oversees Marketing teams’ Performance, ensuring they align with Overall Business Goals.
- Ensure Campaign Timelines are met, and the team is prepared with contingency plans.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of all Marketing efforts and drives solutions & new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Leads Analysis of Strategy & Performance . Leads Market Research efforts to enhance Marketing Campaigns of Lionheart Farms.
Qualifications
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, setting clear priorities and goals.
- Strong analytical skills to develop effective marketing strategies based on market research and consumer insights.
Communication Skill - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience in managing budgets and understanding financial metrics to drive marketing effectiveness.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates, including current trends and competitive landscape.
