Primary role includes developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels.
Manages Budgets for marketing campaigns (Leads decisions to cut or bump up marketing spends)
Manages Marketing Department and Third-Party Marketing Agencies and suppliers (responsible for KPIs of all Marketing Campaigns and Third Party Agencies and Suppliers)
Safeguards Marketing interests and KPI’s with cross-functional groups within Lionheart Farms and its affiliates
Oversees Marketing teams’ Performance, ensuring they align with Overall Business Goals.
Ensure Campaign Timelines are met, and the team is prepared with contingency plans.
Analyze data to evaluate the success of all Marketing efforts and drives solutions & new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
Leads Analysis of Strategy & Performance . Leads Market Research efforts to enhance Marketing Campaigns of Lionheart Farms.
