A dedicated team from Lionheart Farms has accomplished the Military Orientation Training Course (MOTC) organized by the 18th Special Forces Company (Riverine), Special Forces Regiment (Airborne), Philippine Army, in collaboration with the 408th Community Defense Center, 4th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army. This intensive training took place from November 14 to 16, 2023, in Rizal, Palawan.

The Lionheart Farms volunteers displayed commendable commitment and discipline throughout the training, guided by the expertise of LTC Reynaldo Balido, CPT Jefferson Nobleza, and 2LT Joseph Estolloso.

The MOTC is one of the primary modes of enlisting reservists in the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command (AFPRESCOM), which aims to provide basic military training to reservists and to orient them on the roles and responsibilities of a soldier through lectures, drills, and physical fitness activities.
