Last August 16, our head office in Rizal, Palawan, became the heart of the celebration as we celebrated Lionheart’s 10th anniversary with the theme, “Isang Dekadang Simula, and We’re Just Getting Started.”
Nearly 200 employees gathered to celebrate this milestone that is filled with speeches, lively trivia games, a shared fest, and a photobooth to capture the decade of memories.
The night filled with laughter, food, and gratitude as we honored ten years of hard work together.
A Celebration of Roots and Reach
The program opened with a message from our CEO and co-founder Christian Eyde Moelller, who reflected on the company’s journey from a bold idea in Palawan to a movement that now connects communities locally and globally.
Our home is here in Rizal. We are proud to be Rizalians. Proud to have made our home here in the South. But we are also proud to be reaching beyond the borders of the Philippines through our ‘Our Farm to You’ strategy, he said
His words echoed the company’s unique story—rooted in Palawan’s soil yet extending outward, carrying the province’s name to international markets.
An Evening of Fellowship
The celebration was as much about connection as commemoration. Trivia games tested employees’ knowledge of Lionheart’s history, sparking laughter and camaraderie. Long-time colleagues shared stories over a communal dinner, while new employees joined in the fellowship that has always been part of the company culture.
The photobooth, filled with playful group shots, became a symbolic corner of the event as it captured not just smiles, but the spirit of a decade lived together.
Gratitude and Reflection
In his President’s speech, Mr. Moeller also gave a moment to honor the company’s pioneers and acknowledge the newer team members carrying its vision forward.
Few people could have imagined ten years ago where we would be today,” he shared. “But close your eyes and imagine where we will be ten years from now, I know it will be beautiful, and it will be an opportunity for all of us.
His reflection showed how Lionheart’s story is not only about products or markets, but about people working side by side to turn vision into reality.
Honoring Friendships and Beginnings
The evening also honored Lionheart’s Co-Founder, Mr. Anders Haagen, who, together with Mr. Moeller, shared a vision that gave birth to Lionheart.
To the power of old friendship,” he said, asking the crowd to cheer in recognition of Anders’ role in the company’s story. The room responded with energy, turning memory into a shared celebration.
That tribute connected past and present, reminding everyone that the company’s story began with a friendship and grew into a legacy.
Looking Ahead
The anniversary celebration closed with warm applause, laughter, and snapshots that will find their way into family albums and office walls. But the true takeaway of the night was forward-looking.
Without you, there would be no Lionheart. You are my heart" he said as he close his message.
As the company steps into its second decade, the message was clear: Lionheart’s roots remain firmly planted in Rizal, Palawan—but its branches continue to grow, carrying community, sustainability, and innovation into the years ahead.
