OUR STORY
Welcome to the rich tapestry of Lionheart Farms, where our journey is intertwined with the lush landscapes of Palawan and a commitment to sustainable agriculture. Our history is a story of passion, innovation, and a deep-rooted connection to the Filipino spirit.
Founding Roots
Lionheart Farms took root in the heart of Palawan a decade ago, founded by visionary leaders with a shared dream of transforming agriculture. Hailing from Denmark, our CEO and Co-Founder, Christian Eyde Moeller, brought a wealth of international experience and a unique perspective on sustainable farming.
Inspired by Challenges
Upon arriving in the Philippines, Christian was captivated by the beauty of the countryside and the resilience of local farmers. However, he also witnessed the challenges that plagued the agricultural sector — challenges that sparked the vision for Lionheart Farms.
A Vision Takes Root
The vision was simple yet profound — harness the potential of the coconut palm, one of nature's most efficient plants. Christian saw beyond the struggles of coconut farmers and envisioned a model that could turn challenges into opportunities. Thus, Lionheart Farms was born.
Cultivating Together
At the core of our philosophy is the principle of cultivating together. We recognized the power of collaboration, not just within our farm but also by partnering with local farmers. Thousands of hectares of coconuts became the canvas on which we painted our vision for a sustainable and collaborative future.
Innovation and Sustainability
Lionheart Farms became a living laboratory for agricultural innovation. We embraced technology, introduced sustainable practices, and challenged traditional farming norms. Our commitment to environmental stewardship became evident in every aspect of our operations.
Community Impact
Beyond the boundaries of our farm, Lionheart Farms extended its reach to local communities. We didn’t just aim to cultivate crops; we aimed to cultivate livelihoods, empower farmers, and foster a sense of community. Initiatives ranged from educational programs to job creation, contributing to the holistic development of the region.
Global Reach
As our coconut sap-based products gained recognition for their quality and sustainability, Lionheart Farms looked beyond borders. Our global launch of farm-to-table products marked a new chapter, connecting Filipinos worldwide with the essence of Palawan’s agricultural bounty.
A Future Rooted in Innovation
Today, Lionheart Farms stands as a testament to what can be achieved when passion meets purpose. Our history is a foundation upon which we continue to build, innovate, and contribute to the sustainable development of agriculture in the Philippines.
Join us as we cultivate not just crops but a legacy — a legacy of sustainability, growth, and a Lionhearted commitment to a greener, more prosperous future.
Our Farms
To further localize our impact and bolster community engagement, Lionheart Farms is thoughtfully divided into six smaller farms. These farms are strategically distributed across three barangays in Rizal, Palawan.
Each farm operates in close partnership with its respective local community, offering localized employment opportunities. This approach, especially beneficial for the Indigenous Peoples, enables them to work on their ancestral land while safeguarding the natural environment that has been an integral part of their culture for millennia, preserving it for future generations.
