Who this is for
This notice is for anyone who applies for a job, internship or other role at Lionheart Farms (Philippines) Corporation, or whose details are referred to us. It adds to our Privacy Notice.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, address, email, phone number.
- Your application: CV, cover letter, education, work history, skills, licenses, references, the role you applied for and expected salary.
- Information from the process: interview notes, test results and reference checks.
- Pre-employment requirements, only if we offer you a job: government ID numbers, medical results and clearances required by Philippine law. These are sensitive personal information and are collected only at that stage.
Please do not include religion, political views, health or other sensitive details in your CV unless the role requires them.
How we use it
- To assess your suitability for the role and other suitable openings.
- To contact you about your application and arrange interviews.
- To check references and qualifications, with your knowledge.
- To meet legal obligations, including labor and anti-discrimination laws.
- To make a job offer and prepare your employment records if you are hired.
Our legal basis is your consent when you apply, steps you ask us to take before an employment contract, and our legal obligations.
Who sees it
Our HR team and the hiring managers for the role. Applications are collected through Google Forms, so Google stores them for us as a service provider. We may use recruitment agencies or background check providers under contract. We do not sell applicant data.
How long we keep it
- Unsuccessful applicants: 12 months after the role is filled, so we can consider you for other openings. Tell us if you want it deleted sooner.
- Successful applicants: your application becomes part of your employee file.
Your rights
You have the same rights as in our Privacy Notice, including access, correction, erasure and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing consent ends your application. See the Privacy Center.
Recruitment scams
Lionheart never charges a fee to apply or to be hired. We contact applicants only from @lionheartfarms.com.ph email addresses. Report suspicious offers to sitti.abdurasid@lionheartfarms.com.ph.
